After taking a few weeks off running, I finally got myself to lace up my sneakers and go for a short run yesterday morning. It may have had something to do with the fact that I signed up for a half in December and am determined to do it right this time.

I love, love, love The Skimm! It’s so helpful with giving you bits of information about all sorts of news stories and then you can go in and learn more if you want. It’s a great read for the commute or right when you wake up.
So true!!! But I can’t read it when I wake up because it’s sent in the evening. (taiwan time) Makes for a good post dinner read though. 😛
