My time, at 02:38:13.149 (official chip time) is probably considered slow, but I had a great time and it’s only my first one. There’s plenty of time to improve my pace, which I’ll probably start working on during summer break since I’ve got a big test to dread look forward to in just a few weeks. Hopefully, I’ll be able to do a sub-two hour half some day, in the very very distant future. Finishing a half marathon definitely makes me feel like I have the power to accomplish anything I put my mind to, and has given me an extra vigor to my studies. Time to give it all I’ve got and hope for the best!
