Hi there! My name is Shawn. This is where I blog about yoga, fitness, travelling, learning Korean … basically whatever crosses my mind. 🙂
I started yoga because a celebrity I really like couldn’t stop talking about how much she loved it. For about a year or so I did yoga sporadically, maybe three classes one week and not the least bit of yoga for the next five. In early 2014, I discovered Instagram yoga challenges and was inspired to develop a more regular practice.
Every time I do Pilates I fall in love with it all over again. I feel stronger, more confident and so much more in tune with my body.
